Return Policy

The Smoke Father accepts returns on all UNUSED & UNOPENED items in their original packaging, from customers within the United States ONLY. ALL International Sales are FINAL. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date;

• Return any UNUSED & UNOPENED items in their original packaging for either store credit with free return shipping or a refund to your original payment method for the original amount minus the return shipping cost.
• Any glass or items that arrive broken due to carrier mishandling MUST be reported within 48 Hours of Delivery Time.
• We Do Not Sell used items. Therefore we Do NOT accept returns on used items. If it is opened. It is used. We can NOT accept returns on these items. NO Exceptions.
• If a returned item is deemed used upon inspection, it is immediately destroyed. The used item can NOT be replaced, a refund can NOT be issued, and we will take action to lock & prevent any future orders from your account.
• You can initiate a return by visiting Contact Us page. Please include your order number and reason for initiating return in the message section. Once message is received you will receive return label with instructions via email. Please be sure to enter your phone number in case we need to contact you.
